When you create a chart, we collect your name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. We use this data solely to calculate your Vedic Kundali and generate readings.

We collect your email address when you create an account — for account-related communications only.

• ✕We do not store your payment card details — they are handled directly by our payment processor.

Our voice features — Talk and Brahman Mode — use your microphone to hold spoken conversations with an AI-generated Vedic voice. Your audio is streamed in real time to a third-party voice processing service and a third-party AI model provider so the conversation can happen; transcripts are captured during the session.

A full, itemised disclosure of what each provider receives, how long transcripts are retained, and how third-party (RESEARCH-mode) birth data is handled is being published this week as part of a full Privacy Policy + Terms of Service update. Your data is stored securely. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time — see the Delete Account page for the exact process, timeline, and what is deleted versus retained.
