A few honest answers
Do credits expire?
Never. Buy a bundle, use one this year, the rest in three years. They sit on your account until you call on them.
Why no subscription?
Because most people read their kundali in waves — a few times when something is happening, then nothing for months. Subscriptions punish that rhythm. Credits respect it.
What about the Listen voice — does that cost extra?
No. Voice playback is included in every credit. You can listen to any reading you've already paid for, as many times as you like.
Refunds?
If a reading misfires — wrong placement, truncated answer, model confusion — request the credit back from your Billing page. We refund the same hour, no questions. Our trust system is built for it.
